The Tyler Reader Brighter Future Fund is not a Company or an Organisation, just a group of Friends and Family deeply saddened by the loss of this special Boy. We do not have a constant cash flow, for each event we raise all monies needed to cover the costs required to put that event on. Whilst there are many costs associated with staging an event like this, our priority is to raise the public’s awareness of Sepsis and to raise as much money as possible for the Tyler Reader Brighter Future Fund so that we can support Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital and the UK Sepsis Trust. This is why we are seeking sponsorship and support, both large and small. We would be incredibly grateful if you could support our fundraising efforts by committing to one of these sponsorship packages or by donating a prize for either the Raffle or Auction.

We are delighted to offer the following opportunities to support this exciting event.

Cash Sponsorship Packages

  • The ‘Mad Hatter’ Sponsor Package – £10,000* (1 available)
  • The ‘Alice in Wonderland’ Sponsor Package – £5,000*
  • The ‘Queen of Hearts’ Sponsor Package – £2,500*
  • The ‘Cheshire Cat’ Sponsor Package – £1,500*

*Indicates minimum cash sponsorship to qualify for the benefits in the sponsorship package.

The benefits associated with each level of cash sponsorship are outlined below but we are happy to meet with you to tailor a package that suits both of our needs.

As an alternative to cash sponsorship, if your Company has a product or service to offer that would assist us in the organisation or production of the 2nd Annual Tyler Reader Charity Ball then we would greatly appreciate your support.

Benefits and recognition would be available for such support and we are happy to discuss these with you.

Product Donations

The Silent and Live Auctions and Raffle are an important part of the evening, which will help us to achieve our target of raising at least £30,000. We are seeking product donations to be raffled and auctioned during the evening – further details on product donations can be found below.

The Mad Hatter Sponsor Package – Headline Sponsor – £10,000

  • Recognition in all marketing materials.
  • Recognition within Press / Social Media Releases.
  • Company logo on the following:
    • Admittance Tickets (if sponsorship is secured prior to printing)
    • Front cover of the evening’s programme given to every guest.
    • The digital advertising screen during the evening.
    • Shown on the Silent Auction Handsets.
    • The Tyler Reader Brighter Future Fund Website
  • Two full pages of advertisement in the Event programme.
  • Two complimentary tables of 10.
  • Two complimentary bottles of Champagne per table.
  • Recognition given in the formal speeches and / or by the MC.
  • First right of refusal on sponsorship in subsequent years.
  • Naming rights for the Live Auction.
  • Association with a charity that has 95 per cent brand awareness.

The Alice in Wonderland Sponsor Package – £5,000

  • Recognition in all marketing materials.
  • Recognition within Press / Social Media Releases.
  • Company logo on the following:
    • Inside back cover of the evening’s programme given to every guest.
    • Shown on the digital advertising screen during the evening.
    • On the Tyler Reader Brighter Future Fund Website .
  • One full page of advertisement in the Event programme.
  • One complimentary table of 10.

The Queen of Hearts Sponsor Package – £2,500

  • Company logo on the following:
    • Inside back cover of the evening’s programme given to every guest.
    • Shown on the digital advertising screen during the evening.
    • On the Tyler Reader Brighter Future Fund Website.
  • Four complimentary tickets to the Evening.
  • Recognition given in the formal speeches and / or by the MC.
  • Association with a charity that has 95 per cent brand awareness.

The Cheshire Cat Sponsor Package – £1,500

  • Company logo on the following:
    • Shown on the digital advertising screen during the evening.
    • On the Tyler Reader Brighter Future Fund Website.
  • Two complimentary tickets to the Evening.
  • Recognition given in the formal speeches and / or by the MC.
  • Association with a charity that has 95 per cent brand awareness.

Advertising in the event Brochure

  • One ½ page full colour advert – £250
  • One full page full colour advert – £500

Corporate Table Packages

  • Corporate Table for £1,250
    • Table of 10 with your Company name displayed on the table.
  • Deluxe Corporate Table package for £1,500
    • Table of 10 with your Company name displayed on the table.
    • Two bottles of Champagne on the table.

Product Donations

Your donated product will be offered as a live auction, silent auction, raffle or giveaway at the 2nd Annual Tyler Reader Charity Ball.

You will receive:-

  • The name(s) of company or individuals donating an item that appears in the live auction will be announced during the auction and will appear with a colour photograph and short description in the evening brochure.
  • For the items that appear within the silent auction, your name or company name and a short description will be displayed in the event brochure and on the digital handsets during the auction.
  • For Raffle and Giveaways your name or company name will be displayed in the event brochure.

In donating items we kindly ask that the following information be provided:

  • Name, address and contact details of the donor or organisation.
  • Recommended retail price of the item(s)
  • A short description of the item(s) including the following:-
    • Inclusions / exclusions
    • A picture of the item
    • Date of expiry, if applicable
    • Any other conditions / details regarding the pick-up / delivery of the donated product.
